•  24-hour call assistance provides you with free minor on-the-spot service, towing worth up to a value of RM400.

•  All vehicles will be towed to the nearest Suzuki Service Centre unless requested to another destination of your
   choice, of which Suzuki will not be liable for the safety of the vehicle

•  Towing will only be provided ONCE for each breakdown. Charges will be imposed for any towing services
   exceeding that.

For any expenses exceeding the stipulated benefits, the additional service charges would follow the guidelines shown below:

Definition
•  “Day” from 7.01am to 12.00am
•  “Night” from 12.01am to 7.00am
•  “Call Charge” is the charge in which the party offering towing or minor on-the-spot services is entitled to,
   for responding to a request and sending a towing vehicle or mechanic to the immobilised vehicle
•  “Premises” is the location or workshop where towed vehicle is usually stationed or recorded as stationed.
